Refund policy

All Returns, must be accompanied by a receipt made within 30 days AND the item must be in original UNOPENED package, in saleable condition. According to Ohio Code 3713, Stuffed Toys are non-returnable.  Discounted or Sale merchandise is NOT returnable. Gift receipts receive store credit only.
